Job Duties:

• Serve as a primary contact for customer orders and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Support senior team members with account coordination and vendor communications.
• Track orders from placement through delivery, proactively providing updates to customers.
• Research product options and pricing to assist with quotes and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, follow up on delays or issues, and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with reporting and part number creation.
• Handle project and agreement renewals, and manage vendor registrations.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, damaged goods, and missing items.
• Assist with internal reporting, training new team members, and supporting general office tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, account coordination, or sales support.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Info:

• Pay Rate: $22-23/hr.
• Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
• Location: 100% in office
• Type: Contract-to-hire
